Griffin Bike Park is now fully open with more than 16 miles of single track, and a skills park featuring 4 jump lines, a dual slalom track, 2 pump tracks and multiple skinnies. Construction continues on even more trails and features.
More than seventeen miles of singletrack trails are ridable at present, as are a pump track, dirt jumps and water features including a floating bridge trail and lake jump ramp.
Griffin Bike Park is a national-caliber riding area and recreational tourism destination for Vigo County in Terre Haute, Indiana. The 300-acre Griffin Bike Park is designed to provide riders from all backgrounds, ages, skills and abilities with a wide range of exciting riding opportunities. These include exploring the trails and the unique landscape and ecosystems found within the park, and helping riders progressively learn skills by tackling a wide range of technical trail and enhanced terrain features. The park is designed as a community hub and directly engages and inspires local youth, young adults and families in a sport that promotes healthy, active, outdoor lifestyles and provides exciting, challenging and rewarding experiences.
The 300-acre progression-based bike park now includes:

| ThankThere should be ratings of 8 for trail systems like these. Something for everyone. Cannot say enough about this. The slalom tracks are awesome side by side racing with your buddy. The jump lines are like nothing I've seen in Indiana. There are a couple smaller jumplines next to the big boys for us intermediate riders learning our way up to the big jumps. There are some sick bermy climb and descent trails following the sinews of the sweet terrain you can ride starting near the jump into the lake ramp which for some reason was blocked off 10/20/19 when I rode. They're fun for intermediates and up. Love all the reality in your face of the service men and women who gave their lives to allow us the freedom to ride these trails. Made me proud of our country and humbled at the same time. The Kabar trail is like nothing I've ridden in Indiana. I put it up there with Hobbs Hollow as the #1 and #2 trails in Indiana. They are different with Hobbs Hollow being totally groomed out and smooth flow, without much techy stuff, with Kabar having a mix of about everything you can think of. Drops, jumps, narrow singletrack with a little exposure, even riding across a bridge floating on 55 gallon drums underneath such that if you get off center the bridge starts slanting toward the water's edge on the side you're on and if you don't expect it WOW it freaks you out. Has a super cool 25 or 30 foot descent that is so steep you can't even see the bottom without committing to taking it. You just have to trust it and go for it and I might have reached 40 mph by the bottom of the valley before I rocketed up the other very steep and tall side with all my momentum. Just a crazy fun time. It requires you to be in very good shape with all the elevation changes you run. There are a decent number of roots to negotiate and a few rocks but it was also pretty, feeling very natural in the woods, unlike Hobbs Hollow. Bushwacked was a pretty cool trail a little more on my intermediate level. There are so many trails there, I wasn't able to touch them all in a day. They were out of maps when I went so I used my phone best I could. Can't believe I hadn't heard of this thank goodness for Singletracks and everyone giving it 5 stars so I found it. You do not want to wait any longer if you're intermediate or up to come check this out! It's the bomb. Medium difficulty rating to reflect the variety of trails here. Some stuff is black diamond or double, while other stuff is green/beginner.

There is a great pump track and jump park in addition to skills course plus miles of trails that will not disappoint. We first visited to break up a road trip. We come back as a destination trip as the park is that good.
| ThankAwesome place for the whole family!! Just got my last Son riding the kid loop at age 4 this fall. All three boys and my wife love riding here as there is plenty of beginner friendly trails while still having every other level of riding you can think of. Great Park!!
| ThankThe Griffin Bike park is great for me and my daughters to ride at. My daughter age 15 and on the Bison Mountain Bike team, plenty of great training and ability level trials for her. Then my other daughter age 10 many miles that are safe and fun for her to ride. Then dear old Dad can have fun with them, or venture off on my own. Love the floating lake bridge, and being able to ramp into the water at special events.

Great trail that will throw it all at you. Big rolling drops as well as latter drops up to three feet high. This trail is fast and fun with plenty of features along the way. Have fun and pack your wings.

| ThankIf you need to get out and ride some easy trails or ride some very challenging trails come visit the Griffin Bike Park. There is something for everyone to ride. For any new comer Fridays nights there is usually a casual ride where Friends of the bike park will escort groups of riders around the trail system to explore and help acclimate rider to wonderful trail system. Truly blessed to have such a wonder place in my back yard!!!
| ThankThis trail is awesome with great views of the lake. It is beginner, but some uphill and downhill sections will push the beginners to get better! Most of the trail utilizes existing ATV trails and there are some pretty rough root sections. Overall it is a nice ride and has some very sweet sections. It does share a section with the Perimeter trail through the fingers.
| ThankNot gonna lie... I hate climbs... so some of this trail and I do NOT get along. But the rest is worth the climb! Well, ALL the climbs. This is a GREAT workout trail...
| ThankThe name says it all! Ride a floating trail across a lake... and earn the bragging rights. :) just be prepared for a plunge because it is DEEP! Speed is your friend on this feature.
| ThankAccess Road. Nothing shiny, but a perfect necessity. The best contribution this road makes is during races... it is a PERFECT start, uphill and wide, before getting into the single-track. It is also a great cool-down coming back to the car if you don't want to tackle the fingers on the perimeter trail.
| ThankThis is another one of my favorite trails... it is close to the LZ/Parking area and is perfect for a quick ride. Challenging enough, and has some sweet features and trail sections. Do not miss out on this gem when getting out to see the rest of the park!
| ThankThis trail is RAD! It is probably the "rawest" trail in the park... more "au naturale" than the rest. Very challenging, but OH SO FUN!! If you are up for the challenge... you must ride this trail! Oh, and check out that new feature!! WOW!
| ThankThis is one of my favorite trails in the park! It is challenging, but a must-see. Not only is the trail itself amazing, but you MUST see the VIEWS! This part of the park is gorgeous, and the riding experience even better.
| ThankThere is not a bad trail in this park. This trail utilizes an existing ATV/Horse trail and is nice and wide, providing access to the expert level trails on the East side of the lake, as well as another option to get to, or from, the lake.
