There are many ways for mountain bikers to build skills and fitness, and working with a coach can provide an important boost. However, working with a coach typically costs both time and money, and not everyone feels the need for one.
I actually looked for a coach/coaching training for this year, but could not find any that were budget friendly. As a NICA coach I appreciate the work that goes into coaching and understand the cost, but wow.
Over 40 years of riding dirt has left a mark! Getting into Observed Trials has lent far more to dirtin’ than any other source of bike handling skill, bar none.
Keepin’ dirtin’!
